hi again! i'm the one who sent the fax from Barriere yesterday. sorry that i made such a mess of it! i'd scribbled on the pg @ home, not thinking i could send a proper cover letter.
i met Daphne some time back @ her 1st store. when i joined the same church as her, i've gotten to know her a bit better.

ok, the bk i speak of was penned by a dear Christian friend. i bought one for my church and have a signed copy. reading it makes one feel like they are in a Bonanza episode.
she does a beautiful job of threading God's word into the story. we have two sisters who lost their parents. the eldest is a devout Christian school teacher, the younger is a pretty blonde who admires her sister's solid faith and wants to be like her. we have the bandits running from the sheriff. the women go to a remote school house to help the Christian couple, and run into all sorts of danger.
i understand that you prefer to buy bks from local authors?
until now i have held back on contacting you b/c of this. months later, i am still compelled to ask you about considering Jeanne's bk.
it's easy reading, perfect for 14 +. it's 166 pgs.
i think it's great for our part of the province, with our 4H Clubs and so many farming communites with kids growing up and working on farms.
what i like about her story is that it can be read by a young person who is perhaps already thinking about Jesus, and if not, the way she words it might easily make a person begin to think about God and how he does actually indeed 'perform' miracles.
due to her illness, she's having difficulty in making contacts these days. and Jen, she isn't out to make a buck---it's just her way of spreading His truth. we've discussed that if you were to consider buying some of them, that perhaps we could donate the proceeds to a church up here and one down where she is. something.
God has put this on my heart to contact you.
