- About Me:
- I am a man of many trades. I started as a meat cutter and then made the Master Butcher Certificate (family tradition in Switzerland). From there I went on to study zoology (specialty animal behaviour) and worked in that profession for over 30 years, during that time I traveled all over the world. After my retirement from traveling I went back to meat processing. I am a livelong hunter and fisher and I am now in the process of making a living as outdoor writer, hunting seminar speaker, hunting courses, promoter and hunting consultant. I am also a registered hunter education instructor of British Columbia and member of the British Columbia Wildlife Federation (BCWF) and serve as director of the Nicola Valley Fish & Game Club, among memberships and support of many other conservation and hunting organizations. In 2004 I founded “Smart Hunting Strategies” (SHS) as a vehicle for my hunting and fishing activities and services.
Merritt– Gods Country – is smack in the center of the best hunting and fishing in BC and the best place to be for me.
